Job Description:
Looking to use your tower skills with a great company that will give you long term employment? My client is offering a role in the Illinois/Wisconsin market as a Tower Foreman in charge of your own crew. If you are looking for a new opportunity and meet the below qualifications apply here!

Develop and manage their crew to work well together, resolve any discipline or personnel issues within the team, assign work rotations between tower and ground roles, delegate work and responsibilities, provide onsite direction and training to all team members and will assure that any required training and/or indoctrination is provided to their team to be able to complete all assigned work.

Prepare and submit the daily crew timesheet including all relevant cost codes.
Oversee occasional purchases of parts or equipment as required for specific projects.
Direct all onsite interaction with the customer and coordination with other crews or representatives that are performing work at the worksite and/or that have an interest in the project outcome.
Prepare and deliver all required reports, testing logs, etc. for the project status and for the installed system(s) on required schedules.
Submission and quality of customer-specific closeout documents.
Must be prepared to climb a tower or relieve a Top Hand on the tower if necessary, and to conduct periodic or daily climbs to assure installation quality of all installed systems and components.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & COMPETENCIES
Attend all required safety meetings
Minimum of five years working experience with three years of climbing experience
Working experience with installation and maintenance of multiple antenna types and mounts.
Perform all daily site safety analysis meetings, PPE and equipment inspections and safety kit and equipment inspections
Proper use of all safety equipment and adherence to all safety procedures
Identifying and stopping a job when confronted with an unsafe work environment and/or crew actions, equipment failure.
Adherence to OSHA / NATE / customer and industry wireless standards and quality
Distribute, pick-up and organize tools and materials
Run errands as directed
Operate construction equipment, such as electric/hydraulic winches and capstans.
Perform all work in a timely and efficient manner while observing safety and quality guidelines and expectations at all times.
Maintain and track all customer and company assets including trucks, trailers, test equipment, tools, PPE, safety kits, material, etc.
Resolution of ground punch list items during the course of a normal project schedule and in advance of any customer inspections
Accurately complete travel expense reports and timesheets on time
Professional customer interaction
Performs other duties as requested by Management
